How it all started
Ever since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to change the world—no doubts, just certainty. I was playful, full of curiosity, and had a deep love for nature. But somewhere along the way, the noise got louder—the expectations, the pressure to fit in, to prove my worth.

"Hoping the next tool will be finally the one to "fix" me."
So I ran. I searched. I tried everything—podcasts, books, living abroad.. —hoping the next tool would finally be the “right” one, the one that would "fix" me.
But nothing did.
It feels like everyone else has figured it out - except you.
"No matter what I achieved, something was missing.
And the moment I stood still, anxiety took over."
"I was always trying instead of just being."
It wasn’t until a conversation in March 2022 that everything shifted. I realized I had spent years measuring myself against others' expectations, letting negative opinions define me. I was always trying instead of just being. I was so focused on finding a place where I belonged that I never stopped to create it within myself.

That realization changed everything:
No method, no “solution” will ever work if you don’t pause.
Pause to let go of the past.
Pause to become aware of where you are.
Pause to gain clarity on where you want to go.
I have an MBA and a finance background, but I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind—how we think, how we behave, and how we’re capable of so much more than we realize.

I'm not here to give you the answers
But to help you find your own.
It’s not just journaling—it’s a way to release the weight you’ve been carrying. To understand yourself without the noise. To finally create a life that feels yours again.
I have an MBA and a finance background, but I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind—how we think, how we behave, and how we’re capable of so much more than we realize.
This curiosity started early; when I was 16, I read Drive by Daniel Pink (thank you Diana), and it completely shifted my perspective on motivation. It made me realize that the way we structure our lives often works against how our minds naturally function.
Later, Daniel Kahneman’s Thinking, Fast and Slow deepened my obsession. I couldn’t stop exploring different perspectives, driven by a curiosity to expand my mind through various tools and practices.

"From breathing to freediving, from neuroscience to skydiving—each experience connecting in a a way that ultimately led me to create this journal."
